What St. Patricks Day would not be complete without reading Green Eggs and Ham. We made green pancakes, sugar cookies with green sprinkles, painted with green paint and made green clover necklaces. The kids loved the green pancakes! Turning them green we got to talk about how they might look different but they tasted the same, we talked about how people maybe different but we can be friends with everyone. Madison wanted me to make green eggs but then at the last minute decided that wouldn't be so good (she is not an egg eater, never has been). It turned out to be a great day!

Cute ideas. Green pancakes look better and taste better than green eggs. Good choice.
How fun, I always forget about that book. We had green potatos, green gravy, green veggies and green drink. Always fun to do something different.
