Our week so far

We are talking about the Rain Forest this week so far we have:

Made a Rain Stick

All you need is some rice and popcorn kernels, nails, construction paper, glue gun, and we used pringles chips cans. (cheaper then buying mailing tubes)

Made a snake

Recycled toilet paper roles and paper towel roles, this lead to quite a discussion about recycling and why we should do it. And a list of things you could use over again in the house. One of the kids said, I could save the water in the bath tub and use it the next night. I don't think so!
