Garrett had his first allergy testing where they actually poke his skin with the allergen and then see the reaction. He did great. They tested him for 23 different allergens. He laid on my shoulder while the nurse drew on his back and then went on to give him little pokes 23 times. They showed me on my arm what it felt like, nothing what I expected. If you ask Garrett if it hurt he will tell you, "no hurt".
According to the new results his allergies seem to be improving a bit.
Still absolutely no Eggs or Peanut Nuts (no nuts actually). The welt that appeared for the eggs was horrible and the peanut no better.
Next week he is going in to have a food challenge with Soy, the Dr will slowly give him small amounts of soy milk and gradually increase the amount to see if he reacts. If there is no reaction we are on to try a food challenge with milk.
We are excited that things are looking up. Rice milk is expensive and hard to find sometimes. We pay anywhere from 3 dollars to 3.50 for a HALF GALLON. I never complain about having to buy a regular gallon of milk that is for sure.

Hopefully his allergies will get better and you will get some answers soon. John had one of those tests a few years ago and discovered he had allergies to things he never knew he had allergies to.
Yikes- hope the Dr. can figure all that out- That would be a little stressful to worry if he is going to eat something that he is allergy to! Hope all goes well/
So glad to hear he is doing better with his allergies. I will keep my fingers crossed and a pray that he is able to drink regular milk.
